Loveprinted.com has done its utmost to display colours as accurate as possible on the products displayed on the website. If there are colour differences between the colours of the website on your computer and the actual colors of the images, it is because the colour rendering on different computers differs.
Transactions are processed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and may be converted by your card issuer into your home currency. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the rate of exchange used by your card provider, nor over any transaction fee which they may apply. Other rates shown are approximate and based on today’s bank rate.
Please read carefully the following conditions of sale (the “Conditions of Sale”) before placing your order through this website (the “Website”). This Website is the property of loveprinted.com (“Loveprinted”). These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Loveprinted and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of a buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Loveprinted, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Loveprinted.
Private individuals and/or organizations (the “Buyer”) can purchase numbered high quality large format prints, postcards and calendars through the Website. Posters, postcards and calendars are referred to as the “Products”.
§3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Every Product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment. Please notice that Swedish VAT (25%) is included in all prices at the Loveprinted website as this business is located in Sweden and hence obey by Swedish rules and laws. In the shopping cart you can see the total cost including product, shipping, fees and method of payment, but excluding custom fees and taxes applicable in your country when buying from the Loveprinted website. Loveprinted does not take responsibility for any added fees or taxes as custom fees and duties are customer’s responsibility. Before placing an order, check what applies for your country. Loveprinted reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies on the website and/or concerning already sold items.
All Products are printed after ordering and delivery time within Sweden is 5-7 working days. The package comes to your nearest PostNord delivery point. To other countries, it takes between 7-14 working days depending on the country.
In case Loveprinted has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered Products, Loveprinted have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop Products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Loveprinted.
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We’ll see how we can help you out.
§5. RETURN POLICY
Loveprinted return period is 7 days.
Please send an e-mail to us with a photo of the damaged or defective product and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state in the message your order number, part number(s) and a brief description of the reason for the return, and if you want a replacement product or refund. When making the return, make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number for your and our safety. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
§5.1 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Loveprinted is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
§5.2 TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, report this immediately to us and if possible, take a photo of the package before opening it. Please send an e-mail to us with the photo(s) of the damaged or defective product and packaging to email@example.com. Please state in the message your order number. When making the return, make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number for your and our safety. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
§5.3 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages the customers will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
Loveprinted shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the Product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the Product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the Product. Loveprinted will pay to send replacement Products. In your message to us you must clearly state the reason for the return. The return period is counted from the day you received the full, or a significant part of the Product.
You do not qualify for our return policy if:
– If you have purchased a customized Product or a Product with a significant personal customization, e.g. Prints or Posters, you are not qualified for Loveprinted’s return policy.
– A product that has been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications is exempt from the consumer’s right to withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
When returning a Product:
– You are obliged to keep the Product in the same condition as when delivered.
– You must not have used the Product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the Product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a Product while investigated the Product does not qualify for the return policy.
The (Swedish) Personal Data Act (PUL) aim to protect private individuals against violation of their personal integrity when personal information is being used. Personal data provided in connection with ordering a Product or otherwise within the scope of a customer or contractual relationship with Loveprinted will be used by Loveprinted to facilitate the administration of your interaction with the Website. The personal data may also be processed for market and customer analyses and statistics and for marketing purposes. Personal data may be supplemented through collection from private and public registers. For the above-stated purposes, personal data may be disclosed to companies with which Loveprinted cooperates. A person who does not want his or her personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes must notify Loveprinted to this effect in writing and a person who wishes further information of, or change any of, his or her personal data that are being processed by Loveprinted must make a written request to this effect in writing to Loveprinted.
§7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Website and the Products provided by Loveprinted is at your sole risk. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loveprinted expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind. Loveprinted does not warrant that the Products or the Website will meet your requirements of it or that the use of the Website will be uninterrupted or free from errors.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Website is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that is a consequence from your actions while visiting the Website.
Loveprinted will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid delay in delivery on the notified delivery dates. Failure to deliver by the specified date will not be a sufficient cause for cancellation, nor will Loveprinted be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss due to delay in delivery.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Loveprinted, and its affiliates, officers, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners from and against any third party claim arising from or in connection to your use of the Website, breach of these Conditions of Sale, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and lawyers’ fees, of every kind and nature.
§9. TERM AND TERMINATION
Loveprinted may, at any time and for any reason, amend these Conditions of Sale by publishing the amended Conditions of Sale on the Website. The amended Conditions of Sale shall automatically be effective when published. These Conditions of Sale are effective as of 1 December 2015.
If any provision of these Conditions of Sale is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited, modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary to eliminate its invalidation or unenforceability so that the balance of these Conditions of Sale remain in full force and effect.
§11. FORCE MAJEURE
Loveprinted is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
§12. GOVERING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Conditions of Sale shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving regard to its principles of conflicts of laws.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these Conditions of Sale, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by the District Court of Skellefteå. You and Loveprinted undertake to not appeal the District Court´s judgment or decision.
The legal proceeding will be conducted in the Swedish language.
